Subject: Team Dart 2000

Well, that was fun. Welcome home everybody! Does anyone else think that it could have been far better managed? I'm not knocking it - it was a great event - but compared to the Desert Dart Classic last year in Laughlin (my only previous tournament) it was a (insert ethnic group of choice) fire drill. For seasoned players it was, no doubt, routine. But for us newcomers it was a nightmare. The confusion caused by a lack of information and experience was disruptive to the games we were trying to play. Down here in the basement level none of us knew what we were doing, and every team had their own interpretation of how we were supposed to do things (most wrong, it turned out). We had a lot of fun though, and next year we'll be prepared!
