It's getting awfully quiet out there... So, for the first posting of June 2000:
Is anyone else signed up for the HiLo league?
I jumped on the chance, being one of those low-level players it's intended to benefit. The idea of pairing a relatively new player with an experienced one as mentor seems like a great way to prepare for the Desert Dart Classic, which follows immediately on the heels of the league. I know we have several of the high-level slots filled, but haven't heard of any of our 'B' division players (other than me) signing on. It would be smart for me to encourage one of my probable partners at the Classic to join the fun, but instead I'm going to try to recruit Denise to play, as she is a very new player, and has the drive and basic talent to benefit much from some tutoring.
So, who else is going to be in the league? We have the opportunity here, 'B' division players - let's go for it!
