these records are from the british vital records and show a marriage in 1810 in Warminster there are two Richard's born in Wiltchire to the same parents the one born 1789 would be a perfect age for the marriage in 1810 as he would have been 21 so the Richard and Elizabeth could be the parents of Richard who married Fanny hope this helps
