once upon a time
i had just one dime

it was kind of funny
i had wished for more money

but since none wanted to share
the money simply wasnt there

today my dime fell in a sewer
and hid itself in some manuer

of course what did i do?
thats right! i jumped into the goo!

as i grasp for a clean breath
i realize, oh my! this dime might bring on my death!

screw the dime
i have no time

god please grant me the power
to make it home and into the shower

once im clean and dry
i sit there and cry

now im broke
and thats no joke!
