Willy Wimmer geh�rte 33 Jahre dem Bundestag an. Zwischen 1985 und 1992 war er erst verteidigungspolitischer Sprecher der CDU/CSU und dann Parlamentarischer Staatssekret�r im Bundesverteidigungsministerium. Von 1994 bis 2000 war er Vizepr�sident der Parlamentarischen Versammlung der Organisation f�r Sicherheit und Zusammenarbeit in Europa (OSZE).
