css is ja eigentlich auch html - die formatierung bzw. gestaltung wird nur seperat gemacht (entweder als eigene datei oder irgendwo im code) is aber ziemlich einfach ... jetzt wo ichs kann ;)
php is da schon anspruchsvoller - erstma den "server" installieren und dann die "sprache" - aber wenn so n nichtprogrammer wie ich dass mitn bissl training geschafft hat ... ;)

würd' mit css anfangen - weil da kann man am meisten mit machen

kannst ja man was in html rüberschicken - dann mach ich das mit css ... so zum gucken ;)

ansonsten die css sektion von selfhtml
