Subject: \\:/Too Tough to Tame\\:/ Author: Handlers and Dragline [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 12:25:49 03/13/03 Thu A truck and trailer rolls in and parks right outside of a large pen. A crash is heard inside, along with other sounds making like struggling and nervous animals. 3 men wheel around to the back, connecting the gate against the side of the trailer. An earshattering call can be heard across the lot as the trailer is opened up and a blur bolts out. As the dust settles, what was thought to have been an entire collection of animals turns out to be but one horse. Coat shining brightly under the afternoon sun. How could such a devine creature make such a racket? Ears laid back flat against her skull she rears and cries out. The handlers sigh with exhaust as she goes into a rampage around the corral. The men tack up a sign and wait patiently for anyone willing and with enough guts to take her. ...she'll run you ragged... [Name] Dragline [Gender] Filla [Age] 3 [Heritage] Arabian x Thoroughbred [Hue] Fiery red-orange coat, white star, 4 white socks, black mane and tail. [History] She was captured by humans as a newborn and was threatened and intimidated constantly. She and the only other foal in the stable were the only ones not beaten. At 2, she began viciuosly attack the humans until they abandoned the stable. The handlers that have her now, retrieved her and a couple other horses. They couldn't calm her so they want to find someone who can. [Persona] As you can tell from her history, she isn't fond of humans. She is very aggressive. Beneath her tough exterior, there is a champion inside. She is a filly with her heart in racing. If she isn't fuming, she will run to her heart's content, making herself faster to be the absolute best she can be. But her trust in anything will not come easy to anyone. "She's free to a good home, but I'm not sure if you could handle her." The taller man replied skeptically. The filly reared up and shrilled threateningly towards the humans. Ears laced back flat aginst her head, she charged at the gate. She stopped before hitting it and snorted, bolting off to the otehr side of the gate. The lead man stood and watched in amazement. "That filly ain't give us nothin' but trouble since we found her.
