Subject: Really, things had just been as close to perfect as they could get lately. She had honestly never been happier, or more content, or safer feeling in her whole life. She made her way slowly up the sand towards him, and small grin lit her features accompanied by a cocked brow as she stopped standing in front of him - casting a shadow roughly the same shape as her over him. Her hands on her hips, her lips pursed thoughtfully for a moment. "I think it would look good on you too... But somehow you come up with a new excuse every time I suggest you test out the water with me." Her tone was teasing though and she was just happy to be out there - and if he preferred to stay dry for now, that was alright with her.

He grinned a touch before he patted the blanket next to him. "Come cuddle with me, I am hot and you are wet and that works out pretty bloody well in my book." He grinned a touch, waiting for her to join him as the dogs whined a little, they always got nervous when she was gone to long and now they wanted some attention too - greedy little creatures they were.
