Subject: NAT AM INDIAN PHOTOS, DOCUMENTS PROJECT 2 HELP US ALL!

Hello All My People!!

This is Kamiya Walks Proud (Wampanoag/Erie/Lakota/E.Cherokee mix). I am trying to do a FAMILY PROJECT to Help all of us folk. EVERY TRIBE!

I am building a DATABASE to consist of FACES of Our ELDERS and INFORMATION re: TEXT and DOCUMENTS. If ANYONE contributes (ie-submits via scans attached as emails) IMAGES ----even just 1----you will receive LIFETIME FREE ACCESS to the Finished Nat.Am.Indian WEBSITE (still to be named), that will FEATURE---everything from, SEARCH ENGINE (A-Z) to look-up FAMILY (LAST)NAMES (both in ENGLISH or as Written in TRIBAL LANGUAGE of that person's Heritage).

And a Section for MILITARY---to HONOR those that have Served
(again, Searchable via last name).

There will be FREE Posting BULLETIN BOARDS---to post queries about your family or reply to others' questions and posted family information.

Also (my whiz web guy) is building a section for GRAVESITES too---so one can submit pix of Gravesite HEADSTONES if one does Not have a Picture of their elder/ancestor's face!

IF you EMAIL me .....at:

yahoo (dotcom) BUT JUST RUN IT ALL TOGETHER-NO SPACES

WHEN...you EMAIL me a scanned JPEG (or Gif--ONLY--no .doc, or anything else EXCEPT .Jpeg or .Jpg or .gif----thanx!)

When u email me an IMAGE---attaching that Jpeg/Gif TO an EMAIL---put in the BODY of the EMAIL (as i am writing to you Now in BODY of THIS email)....

ALL THE INFO YOU KNOW about Your ANCESTOR!! Such as TRIBE belonged to, or was of that Heritage (1/4, 1/2, or what-EVER Amount!-if you don't Know amount, leave that info out).

Put as much info--such as their parents' names/dates/places of birth (same for that person, themselves) and/or name of their spouse(s) and/or for names of kids,too. Also any other info of importance or interest---such as WHAT THEY DID in LIFE, or their hobbies, or expertise at.

I expect to finish this in the next 2 1/2 or 3 months---so when done i will email each person who contributed even 1 image the ACCESS to the native american indian WEBSITE.

PLEASE LET US HONOR OUR ANCESTORS and HELP EACH OTHER identify the FACES of our tribal folk---as well as assist each other with INFORMATION that can help OTHERS of our families to FIND THEIR INDIAN People,too!!

(P.S.- NO CENSUS IMAGES (as Ancestry has them all)-EXCEPT if have IMAGES of your people from INDIAN ROLLS (Guion Miller or Dawes, etc etc are FINE to scan/send as JPEG image)

Photograph images in jpeg or gif format must be no larger than about 7x9 or preferably 5x7 or no more than 2mb..in order for my website to accept...thanks!)

Also...any scanned images of US Military Documents, or of birth/marriage/death certificates, or family bible page family information, or tribal documents that list ancestry or descendancy or even images of a sketched family tree or whatever is pertinent to your people and your ancestor! thanx so much again, Kamiya).
