Subject: needing a spiritual 'hand-up'

I like to listen to native american CDs on my headphones at work. It helps me - creatively and spiritually, and it helps reduce stress. Yesterday I learned that I can't listen to music at work. I have come to depend on it to maintain harmony and balance in a spiritually toxic workplace. I guess I'm looking for some sage advice on how to get beyond this and get back to a place of balance. Suggestions?
