My brother has worded this just as I would have. I wanted to add just one thing he mentioned about the verse in Matthew that said that divorce was okay in the event of adlutry. If you continue reading it says that to re marry would be a sin, that is to commit adultry. Therefore although you can get a legal divorce in the courts you can not get a divorce from God.
