Since there is little real activity in any part of this alliance I am going to temporarily take charge until militant come back to replace me.

For those clans on the list already:
Apply at the new site and e-mail me so I can verify your identity. Then I will add you

For those wishing to join:
Apply stating your clan web site, number of members, and top 5 combat lvls

The minimum requirements to join are:
10 member minimum
A functional web site
5 member minimum over lvl 60
These are not flexible, you either meet the requirements or go somewhere else.
