Welcome to the former message board for my school. Lots of energy was put into keeping it up to date, but no one (literally) was accessing it.

SO - During a meeting of seventh grade writing teachers of Craven County, the idea came up for a place on the county's site to share. The tech center has been extremely busy chasing off spammers on the groupwise accounts, so I'm happy to off up this place for as long as necessary.

In the main subject line, you can list the topic of your post. Then in the message box the complete post.

When you go to reply to a message, the message subject line is set up so that you can type up to 1000 letters. Therefore, if your reply is relatively short, it is not necessary to reply in the white box.

When you open up the first post, you will be able to see all threads to the post at once.

If you have any questions, my address is linked to the "contact us" in the header.

Also, you will be able to proof your message and make corrections before the final submission, however ALL typos are welcome and NO one will think you're an awful teacher if your fingers move faster than your brain... as mine OFTEN do!

An example of the excusing the typos would be - I meant to say I'm happy to OFFER up this board - not off up. Also, this is an example of how you can reply just in this message line without having to put a brief reply in the message box (NT)Janet09:25:51 03/05/03 Wed

One other thing about this message board system...Janet18:59:50 03/05/03 Wed
