This is the owner of the other little pern expage site that just flopped, but here's a suggestion on the different Hold Boards, like what you should make, so it won't be so clumped together:

The Great Hall->for Gathers and where people can announce that they are staying
The Kitchen->Food, duh
The Rooms->Sleep, duh
The Courtyard->Where the watchwher lives, where searchriders/other dragons can land, where children can play
The Fields->For the runners and herdbeasts
The Stables->Figure it out
THreadfall->((there should be one thread board linked to all holds and halls, so it's only one place to go.))

and anything else you want to add, but it's just a suggestion, and here's another:
Ruatha was known for its runners and other animals. On a former site that I played on, before the message board service that they were using shut down, they were going to create a little adoption agency for pets like canines felines and avians ((yes, avians. My character had a hawk and they bent the rules a bit.))

and one more:
Maybe create a holdless section with:
The Road->Travelling
The Caves->to hide
The Inn->Rest, etc
THe Forest->Travelling again

Anyway, those are my ideas
