Well...possibly. The problem would be that age-old thing called denial!!! I mean if we really didn't want to know the truth there's a chance we could have our subconscious influence the outcome to basically lie to ourselves!! LOL!

I think you would like using runes. Buy a set that comes with a book that has the symbols' meaning or look up the meanings on line and make your own set of runes. A lot of people make them out of clay. Go to a hobby place and get clay for kiln firing. roll it out to about 1/4 inch thickness and cut with something to use instead of a cookie cutter. My runes are not quite an inch long and oval shaped. I noticed that my clorox bleach pen's top is about the right size and close to the shape!!! You could cleanse and bless the top to use it!! You could round out the edges of the clay a little more by hand after cutting the clay out. Then use your magical knife (or one you cleanse and bless)to carve the runes in each piece of clay...then place them all on a piece of wax or parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake them in your oven!

when they are cool you place then in a pouch. To use them you ask your quesiton or ponder your subject matter and reach in the bag and pull out the rune you feel you should select. Some people feel one rune that settles in their hand and others say one rune sort of vibrates. But basically you pick out a rune and try not to turn it. Lay it down the way you first had it in your hand because upright or upside down has different meanings. then read the meaning for that rune from your description.

This is much easier to learn and use than tarot and much more clear and less subjective than a pendulum. You can also try scrying of different sorts. Tell me if you want info on that.

I do agree with what you said in your other post that these things should not be a substitute for seeing a doctor and taking appropriate and necessary meds. i am not big on pharmasudicals but when we need em, we need em! I try to live very holistically....encorporating all aspects in regards to health: spiritual, emotional, nutritional, situational, and medical. I think everything has to be in balance. not smart for example to try to get over strep throat by doing a spell and not getting antibiotics....or by getting the antibiotics and not getting enough sleep...ideally one wants to do all the appropriate things together!
