Oh my.Well this is somthing serious concitering im only 13 and i almost have the same problem exseptt i found a robbin but it has no visiable damage.Well,What you should do is take it to a vet or shelter. If you explain that you want to keep it as a pet they will most likley let you have it after vacsination and having its wings and nails trimed. If this isnt an option you should ask if you can adopt one of their sheltered birds. If you dont have a shelter/vet next to you,you should put gouh or wraping around the cut, You know a little skinny pieace determaning how big and old your bird is and how thick or skinny the leg is.You should also have him out for about 1 hour or if the wound if very bad an half hour, and have him excorsise his leg if you hear any type of whimpering like noises you should keep him in bed. DO NOT keep your robbin in a cage if he is not an adult yet because if you do they're are chances his wings and or head can get stuck inbetween the bars and die.If you are still concirned you should find a local listing of phone nubmers in yor phone book for people in the area who can help you with the birds injerd leg. P.Sorry for any spelling mistakes.
