The kind of things asked in the main message here are a lot of the reasons that I simply don't want to ever be part of a huge monarchy in this (or any other game) again. There are just too many unknowns with people. I prefer a small group where we are all friends and actually know each other well, which completely eliminates this sort of worry.

If someone in my guild were to be accused of any of these things I know I'd be able to talk to them and find out what happened. In fact, it HAS happened before, and in every case the person who chose to bother be turns out to be a complete a**hole and obviously were the actual problem themselves.

If I did verify somehow that one of my crew were up to no good in one of the ways mentioned, there is a good chance they would get the boot, simply because I hate people messing with the enjoyment of others in game.. and I also don't want people messaging me about people like that all the time. I get enough tells from friends and Family as is. ;)

My way is just to keep things small and simple.. it is a game after all, and I don't really want the headache of attempting to manage a huge number of people. I enjoy being monarch of a small group.
