How do you look at my source code? And, if you tinker with it, how are you doing that?

I do the page on a template, and I insert my own code within that template. With the last page (the one that I had to delete last week to recreate this one), I tried editing it in html instead of within the template, and I couldn't go into the template anymore because I did that (which, for me, the newb ;), that's not good). The host won't let me revert back to the template once I skip it to edit the page completely in html... NOW, when I'm more experienced with html, I will gladly do that, but until then, I really like the comfort and safety that the template gives me.

So, basically, tinker away as long as it does not cause me not to be able to revert back to the template, please.
