Help...I'm Freezing In My '99

I have a 99 Diamante and I am not getting any heat. Had the car to the dealer, my mechanic, and I even troubleshot the problem. Car's temp is fine-same since I purchased it. Heater core is not blown - no antifreeze inside. Heater motor is fine through highest speed setting. Both heater core hoses are hot when at temp. The diverters inside the heater unit all seem to be operating when I switch the directions on the panel. It just does not push heat. I think it has to do with one of the deverter doors inside the unit. It puts out a very small amount of heat at idle and at speed. Any help/direction or diagrams would be greatly appreciated.
