Subject: Shifting in the Rear

I am having a problem with the rear of my car. When I hit a bump instead of the suspension going up and down, I get a right to left switching. I can feel every bump and for a car of this caliber, I would think it should be a smooth ride, even when you hit a bump. It seems like my car dances from left to right, otherwise it rides fine. I am concerned that this could be a major problem. My car dealership have checked it, I have had another car dealership check it and no one seems to be able to figure out what is the problem. Can anyone help?
