Should not be hard, you have to unbolt part of the manifold (renew the gasket) and some of the other bits and pieces that hold it altogether. Then do what you have to do and put it all back the way you found it. Some people have said that they have done it without removing the manifold. To hard for me (I will be doing mine when I have got my new leads). The manifold has to be like that (long runners) to give the some volume of air; otherwise she would not produce any power.
