I have a '95 TS Magna V6,Same as your car I think.I had the same problem.I had the Idle Control motor replaced.It fixed the problem.Most places I went to wanted to change computers etc until I found a guy at an old Mitsubishi dealership who knew straight away what the problem was.My car had this problem at 235000Km.
