�A mere observer, unsure of his role... even unsure if he was accepted. Yet this was paid no heed, for brute was independent, capable of making his own decisions, fending for himself. This was the life he was used to... being unappreciated, others showing ungreatfulness. Perhaps he was merely feeling remorseful, having engaged in an act today that he had previously pledged to quit... he had broken a promise to himself, and in turn felt as if he was letting himself down. On slight overload from shifting to new surroundings, thoughts remained jumbled in his mind, unable to become organized, unable to sort themselves out... only time could grant him peace of mind, as they say... patience is a virtue...�
