Hearing a purely Lavanian phrase uttered from an alien's muzzle is a rather odd experience, and pointed ears flick. But words rarely fail the tan and he does speak up. "I'm Akartis," he introduces simply, cocking his head. The stranger knows Koratian etiquette... as well as Canis mannerisms, and copies both... At the noting of his noble blood, the male looks slightly startled. Alert violet-grey eyes peer at the Korisva. "Huh," he mutters, adopting an alien's favorite expression as his own for a moment. The way she phrased that is also odd. Her most respected species? As though she were related. Esaki's scent is unmistakable... especially to the keen nose of a Korat. Still in regression from adult behavior, Akartis reaches out his long tail and nudges the femme's shoulder with the blunt overcurve of his blade - no words or sounds accompanies it, just a look of curiosity. The usual 'poke it and see what it is' solution that cubs tend towards.
