Try looking at the roster section of the website. This is located here:

If you have an updated version of ICQ, there is an option where you can cluster certrain people into specific groups. You can create a group by left clicking on "General", which lies above the names on your list. Once the menu appears for General, click the icon reading "Create New Group". I created a group simply called "PD" for all PD members. I also have a group for "recruits" and for all sorts of different things.

If you want to move someone into your new PD Group, you just left click on that persons name, then highlight "Move to Group" and select the group you made.

Also, something that I do which makes keeping track of people a LOT easier, is to left click on the persons name, and select "Rename", then change their name to match their Ultima Online characters name. I'm certain nobody will feel offended if you ask them their UO name.

For instance, My ICQ name is "Muriel", you left click Muriel, then click Rename, and name me "Usagi". Simple as that :-).

Also, I want those with ICQ availability to take advantage of it, by messaging each other rather then depending on guild events for organised hunts. That's the beauty of treasure hunting, you can do it anytime with little preparation needed.
