Anyone in PD can become Grand Marshal, you don't have to work for the admiral title to get this honor. All you must do is show me the following things:

1. That you care about the guild and its life span
2. That you enjoy the current theme of Treasre Hunting and Fishing
3. That you are willing to give up from yourself in order for the betterment of the guild
4. And that you would be willing to someday rule PD with a gentle hand upon my retirement or untimely death (the 5 deaths on UO I have a day don't count! LOL)

It's also a good idea to tell me that you are interested in the job. Just the fact that you say so means something.
