Subject: The Way Things Should Be or My Votes

First off, let me reiterate to all that the these are achievement awards...not votes for you favorite wrestlers.

BEST WRESTLER:

Well, this one comes down to four people in my humble opinion. Dread, Sinister, Sire and Hayes. A good Britton reign could push him up into the top of the pack because he's had a great career. However, I'm going in this order...

1: Dread Saxon (Can't argue with results. Great reign. Great career. Been here since day one. MCW's franchise)
2: Sinister (Most titles of any wrestler. Second ever two-time NWC World Champ)

BEST TAG TEAM:

Three teams. Black Ops. Mercenaries. Outlanders. Upper Echelon was great, there's no denying...however they're not a team and they don't have the regional success to back up the national success.

1. Black Ops (Two World Titles, Owned the LSW Tag Titles)

BEST CRUISERWEIGHT (235-):

I've never been a fan of a cruiser division. Color me a Pelican Boy fan. I do mark out for Woobs. But Peter Aerts is the only one with a real claim at this. How long was he J-Crown champ? Remember...it ain't who you like best, it's who achieved the most.

MOST POPULAR WRESTLER:

Faces? Who? What? Uhhh...People like Hunter, I guess. :)

Like Ray, I'm not a fan of faces.

MOST HATED WRESTLER:

I think there are two guys with a real chance at this. Sinister and Sire. It's difficult to vote for Sinister cause he's soooooo damn cool. How could people actually hate him? :) On the other hand, Sin's been doing it since day one. I'm gonna sit on the fence here.

1. Sire/Sinister

MOST IMPROVED:

Well, Leever's improved, but I don't wanna go with Ray again. Actually, it's not so much that Leever improved as it is that he got recognized. Andrew Pierce is eons better than when he first joined CCW. Buuuuuuut, my vote goes to...

1. Tony Pride (Went from a guy who always stole the spotlight as a way to try and get over to a guy who always steals the spotlight despite being WAAAAAAY over. Truly a top dawg now.)

BEST NEWCOMER: (1-3 months as of AEL2)

I'd like to go with Stagminn and hope everyone forgets about his disgusting misuse in GSW. Realistically, I don't have an answer for this.

BEST MANAGER/VALET:

Christ. Is this even a contest? The most over manager in the entire Council.

1. Desade

OUTSTANDING FEUD:

I don't follow enough regions to vote fairly on this. I'm biased towards Cooper vs everyone in LSW, but that's cause I'm there.

OUTSTANDING WEEKLY SHOW:

Look above only fill in "Massacre" where it reads "Cooper vs everyone".

SPOKESMAN'S TROPHY:

1. 911 (He gets his own segment on NWC PPVs....for a reason.)

GREATEST MATCH:

There was a match I liked. I just forgot what it was. :)

GREATEST REGIONAL PAY-PER-VIEW EVENT:

1. LSW FAHN II
2. The last Cobo

Special Awards:
TRUE DEDICATION AWARD (REGION HEADS):

Al and David. It's not fair to pick one or the other or to pick anyone else.

NWC STAFFER PLAQUE (NWC STAFF):

I'd like to say the same here because Marcus is such a badass, but the truth is, Schukster's the most underappreciated man in the Council. Without him, us old school boys would be rolling dice.

OUTSTANDING MATCHWRITER AWARD:

Joe. Why? Cause he made Curtis Miller and Scott Waters who they are today...the funniest announcers around.

EXCELLENCE IN CREATIVITY AWARD (ANY):

Lots of creative people in the Council. I'm not really a fan of the fake NWC Title angle. The Ordinary People guys are cool. I'm gonna go with...

1. Ray (Handling Leever has to be a pain in the ass and the stuff is so creative, it won the J-Crown title for Lightning)

THE HANDLER'S TROPHY:

I don't really see a lot of options here. Obviously, MJ is a candidate. But I'm going with...

1. Joe (Ops, Hunter, 3C)

- That dude that handled Censored and Ray P.

- No, Marcus, Joe or Jeff or whoever you said never handled half of Censored. ;)
