Hello to everyone, I want to share the changes I've noticed in my life the last few months. As many of you know I had been off work for about a year when we met in California. It was a health issue, mainly physical but also mental that had been nagging at me for about 3 years. Anyway my health started getting better while listening again to Richards tapes last April (Radient Aliveness). I started to work on my mind (meditating, reading, listening to Richard's tapes) and body along with making the committment to attend the seminar. I had some incredible experiences at the Ranch (singing, sweat lodge, breathing, sharing energy etc.) and began to notice that the migraine headaches that had plagued me for months were becomming more manageable. I still had the pain but it was not inhabiting my whole being, it seemed distant, almost like it was happening to someone else and I was just aware of it, if that makes any sense. The pain I had been having in my gut (related to crohns disease) began to subside as well and my stamina improved. Since returning home I have been able to go off blood pressure medication and I have gone back to work. Most of my days are peaceful and fulfilling. I enjoy being alone more than I can ever remember, which is not to say I don't enjoy being with people too. I was apprehensive about returning to work but the new people I have met have been wonderful. I am just not resisting change like I once had. I continue to notice the process evolving and I feel more comfortable with life and myself as time goes on. Every moment truly is "infinitely pregnant with the possibility of God".
Thanks to everyone for the heartfelt connection we continue to share and for leaving your "story" if you feel inclined,
Matt
