Nathaniel held fast to his blade, buried in their thrashing foe's back. But the Beast was intent on its clash with Virgil. Leaving it there, Nathaniel soared to the ground, keen eyes spotting a pair of familiar faces....rather one familiar face and one faceless energentity to be precise.

"Merc! Bolt! About time you two showed up...that the pet rock? I though the thing'd be bigger somehow to stop the whatever--kind of losing track in this place, you know? Like the longer we stay in dream-land the fuzzier it gets? Like we could be lost forever? What's say we get outside, get Chris and vamoose, huh?
