For your information there is only one girl competing in this pageant who already has one of the three titles. (And by the way, she is breaking no rules!) everyone else on the contestant list is eligible for all three of the titles. There is no reason why returnees should not be allowed to compete, so stop crying, start preparing and change your attitude for a Better result!
