Subject: WILEMAN Family Of Earl Shilton,England

The Wileman family of Earl Shilton and surrounding village towns were my ancestors. My father's mother was a Wileman, her father Joseph Henry Wileman (my great gr. father 1864-1949 came to the U.S. from Earl Shilton. Other WILEMAN familiy members came and settled in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and as far as Califoria.
The Wileman family was a very prominent family and large family, part of it owned Nicholls & Wileman Hosiery Company, some were butchers, hoisers which most were from the town, and shop keepers. Many of the names were Thomas, Henry, Richard John Wileman. They married into families of Norton, Harrold, Cramp, Carter and Goodworth.
I have traced the family back as far as 1574 and will share my information. I am still looking for information to fill in gaps of this very large family.
I would appreciate hearing from you if you can help me or know of anyone who could with the Wileman's or any of the families they married into.
Thank you kindly,
Cheers,
Thelma
Delaware, U.S.A.
