Author: James "Da Maniac" Jones
Subject: Final Duty [WeWA Communication Breakdown rP]

- The clock struck 6PM on the dot, as the distant sounds of the church bells ringing is heard. The evening is cold, damp and dark. Not one to entice someone out of their homes. Then again, people had become familiar to this sort of weather now, and no longer were put off by it. James Jones, the FedWars.Com World Champion was playing a game of tennis, or rather, attempting to, against an older man who was in total control of each rally. Jones huffed and puffed as he attempted to get to as many drop shots or lobs that the older man hit, but it was getting more and more frustrating for the MCW superstar. The two played on a single court, illuminated by floodlights overhead. The surface was fake grass. James went for a backhand drive, but in miss-hitting it fooled the man and Jones finally won a point. He whooped with joy, as if he had just become the winner of Wimbledon, which made the older man look at him strangely. He called just for a rally now, as both men needed to slow things down. The ball went over and back several times before Jones' shot hit the net. This frustrated Jones to the point where he slammed his racket into the side fencing. Another rally commenced. -

[ MANiAC ] "This tennis thing isn't all that bad, Joe."

[ JOE ] "I guess you're right James, though I've played the game for ten years and it's still quite hard to get up there with the best of 'em. Say, why the heck are you playing anyway? Shouldn't you be training for that big fight of yours against that Righteous fellow?"

- Jones let out a short laugh and in doing so belted the tennis ball, almost taking the head off Joe, who ducked out of desperation. James didn't apologise, but only because he was caught up in the question he had asked several moments before. -

[ MANiAC ] "That's what everyone has been sayin' to me Joe. I train twice daily, just like I've always done, and I'm satisfied with that. I won't achieve a damn thing from trainin' myself to the point where I can't move my limbs the next mornin'. Righteous can go to hell in that sense. Yeah, I've made it no secret Joe that this fight is THE fight in my career. But overtrainin' myself and burnin' myself out prior to the fight is ridiculous. Every now and then I need a breather to. Anyone ever say that this game is one helluva stress reliever?"

[ JOE ] "Many's a time. Hit the ball gets rid of your anger some say."

[ MANiAC ] "That's what I was gettin' at. But I don't think one single match of tennis could get rid of all, or even most of my anger. I'm angry at that Ric Righteous in particular. Rumour has it that he started laughin' when he heard who he was facin' at Communication Breakdown, hence why he has yet to come on screen. Is there truth in that? I couldn't say for sure, though I wouldn't put it past the cocky BACW scum. Like everythin' in life, huh? The ones with the names treat the rest of 'em like they're pieces of gum on their shoes. Damn it Joe, this game really isn't helpin' me exert enough anger. If Righteous thinks that he can just waltz into Communication Breakdown and take the FedWars.Com Title off me, he'd better start thinkin' of a different scenario. You know, I'm sorry Joe, but I think I've had enough of tennis for one evenin'."

- Joe shrugs his shoulders and shakes Jones' hand, bidding him good luck for Communication Breakdown. Joe then trots in the direction of the showers to get cleaned up. James on the other hand remains out on the court, knowing only too well that there is an MCW Camera filming his every action. It had followed him across the town to this remote area and was filming him. Jones rubbed a hand through his hair, and looked almost naked without his FedWars.Com Title belt. -

[ MANiAC ] "We draw ever nearer, and still the silence remains from the camp of Ric Righteous. I don't know what I should be feelin'. Angry that he has ignored me so far. Cautious in case he makes me eat my words soon by comin' onto the Television set. Who knows, and frankly; who the hell cares? The way I see it, Ric can come out of his shell and blast me with every insult he's got, or remain silent until Communication Breakdown. Either situation still has Ric and I facin' off in one of the biggest WeWA main-events in its history. So maybe I'm becomin' too paranoid about this whole situation of Ric takin' me as a joke. Rumours are just that, and there may be no truth in it. But Ric Righteous still has a date with the FedWars.Com Champion at Communication Breakdown. Ric, as time draws nearer I wonder if you care about this match. I wonder if this is as big an occasion to you as it is to me. The same thing is up for grabs for both of us; so it's not just me who can become the dual Champion of the WeWA. I realise the skill that you possess, Ric, I'll make no secret about that. There is a serious threat in my way of becomin' both the FedWars.Com Champion AND eWrestlin'.Org Champion in one."

- "Maniac" turns his head in the direction of some voices, but sees no one. Jones shrugs and serves a couple of balls down the centre of the court, each time with a grunt of satisfaction. His breath was clearly visible in the cold air. -

[ MANiAC ] "They all said the same sh*t: 'Get outta the MCW if you want success'. I never really listened, 'cause cynics will always be cynics. As time went on the belief in lack of opportunites whilst in the MCW became stronger in my mind, though I kept my thoughts to myself. There would be warfare if I had ever dropped a hint of contemplatin' leavin' the MCW for bigger things. But alas, the thought no longer crosses my mind, for here is the opportunity most never live to receive. I've said it on countless occasions in the past, but it must be highlighted -- this fight is the fight of all fights for me. Forget those WarZone matches, or those 30 feet drops from cages; this is what we work for. The chance to have your name stiched up there with the real bringers of pain. The Charles Mansons of this world. THAT is how I vow to be remembered. Not as a wrestler who failed at the last hurdle, but a fighter by nature who became the most important man in the world of wrestlin'. The man who brought fear and terror into peoples hearts. This is my dream, and damn it, this shall soon be the reality. Settlin' for second place is what makes the weak just that. I shall not give up this chance, no matter WHAT. There could be the most corrupt referee ever in this fight, or ten men who attack me in this fight - whatever the happenin', I shall still emerge as the WeWA's biggest superstar ever. Oh yes Ric, contrary to what you may believe, it's just what shall come to pass. Pain shall be brought to the table at Communication Breakdown, and will be followed by the phenomenon. That devastatin' move that so many have crumbled to -- The Hypnosis. The match is within reachin' distance now, just a few short weeks away, and I'm already growin' impatient. It's time to make a new throne for myself and sit on it. While sittin' on it I will see those below me battlin' it out, sheddin' each other's blood in order to get even CLOSE to my throne. That will be the best feelin' of all; knowin' that you're the most envied man in the known world."

- James lets out a snigger of sheer delight, his mind already racing forward to such a situation, though it is not in existence or even close to being so. He watched the sky darken overhead even more so, as the moon temporarily disappeared behind a cloud or two. -

[ MANiAC ] "And it's all laid out on a plate in front of me. Ric Righteous is all that stands in my way as far I can see it. Maybe there is a hidden problem that I'm currently not aware of, but Ric you're the only thing on my mind now. The bullsh*t hype can go to hell, the front page stories can go to hell with it. Because Righteous, it's not goin' to influence the outcome of the match in any way. The thing I see is that whatever cannot effect the fight does not need to be thought or definitely not worried about. Reporters can do their research and dig up dirt on my past, I'll take it in my stride. The bettin' office can veer as much against or for me as is possible, again, I'll take it in my stride. Hype never got me anywhere before, neither did front-page headlines in huge bold print. This is more than just about one fight, Ric, as far as I'm concerned this makes up for two years of hardship that I have had to endure at the hands of the likes of you and the rest of the BACW. TWO YEARS. I've been waitin' for this chance for THAT long. I've been waitin' to be given the chance to come into the light for THAT long. It's one of the main reasons as to why I will not be the loser at Communication Breakdown. It's not an option on this particular occasion. I may NEVER get this chace again Ric, can't you see that? Of course you can't; you're still diggin' into your ego for more ways to look better. The gap and transition between that and the want and need for success is far apart. Which is it that you want, Ric? I won't be affected either way, 'cause I shall still be the ones with all the gold after our fight. But what after the fight? What shall you be feelin', Ric? Feelin' stupid for underestimatin' me? Feelin' angry that you didn't take this seriously enough? Feelin' frustrated that you can't move your limbs without gettin' aches and pains? All of those emotions in one? Let's wait and see, Ric."

- He stopped for a brief moment, getting to his feet and tossing his tennis raquet onto the ground. Jones adjusts his finger-free glove and gets closer to the camera. -

[ MANiAC ] "Because one thing is most definitely for sure; you'll be on the losin' end."

- Jones suddenly and completely out of the blue lets out a loud and shrill cackle, as if he were a witch about to get his next victim. Jones thumped his clenched fist into the palm of his other hand, before pointing a warning finger at the camera. Time's almost up, it said. -

STATIC.

I wonder who you think you are
You damn well think you're God or something
God give life, God taketh it away, not you
I think you are the Devil itself.

If hospitals cure
Then prisons must bring their pain.
Don't be ashamed to slaughter
The centre of humanity is cruelty.
There is never redemption
Any fool can regret yesterday.
Nail it to the House of Lords
You will be buried in the same box as a killer, as a killer, as a killer.

A drained white body hangs from the gallows
Is more righteous than Hindley's crotchet lectures.
Pain not penance, forget martyrs, remember victims
The weak die young and right now we crouch to make them strong.

Kill Yeltsin, who's saying?
Zhirinovsky, Le Pen,
Hindley and Brady, Ireland, Allit, Sutcliffe,
Dahmer, Nielson, Yoshinori Ueda,
Blanche and Pickles, Amin, Milosovic.
Give them respect they deserve.
Give them the respect they deserve.
Give them the respect they deserve.
Give them the respect they deserve.

Execution needed
A bloody vessel for your peace.
If man makes death then death makes man
Tear the torso with horses and chains.
Killers view themselves like they view the world, they pick at the holes
Not punish less, rise the pain.
Sterilise rapists, all I preach is extinction.

Kill Yeltsin, who's saying?
Zhirinovsky, Le Pen,
Hindley and Brady, Ireland, Allit, Sutcliffe,
Dahmer, Nielson, Yoshinori Ueda,
Blanche and Pickles, Amin, Milosovic.
Give them respect they deserve.
Give them the respect they deserve.
Give them the respect they deserve.
Give them the respect they deserve.
