my team been num #1 for 3 years now and i cant get any bluechippers on my squad please help me how can i make my team a powerhouse.

all you have to do is go to create a prospect. It is where create a player would be in the normal menu. BUt after the season just go to create a prospect, create a player and make him from the same state that your school is in.
That is all you have to so.
