Margaret,
This matrix was already agreed on by the committee. The only discrepancy I see with your version is the QAI.
On the QAI, 30 points is for a score of 100; 15 points is for department standard, which is a score of 85. This was already approved by Fred and Jim Johnson at their last (LOB) Line of Business Managers meeting, where I presented the matrix to them.
We all agreed that for Research we would throw all names into a hat and select a winner. This would be a "behind the curtain" kind of thing.
Fred did mention that Schedule Adherence/Exceptions have become an issue. I will speak with him by Monday about this issue and the Research group idea.
