I guess we should memo everyone with the quantitives and at least let them know that they have an opportunity to win something. I also agree with the American Express gift certs. I also think we should make a stipulation that in order to qualify you must be on the phones a minimum of 30 hours per week for full timers and 10-15 for part timers. That would eliminate any controversy about that group of people who would not be able to fulfill that criteria.
I also agree with Roger and that we should split the "monopoly" money amongst sites and we could decide how we are going to divide the awards accordingly per site.
