Subject: Biweekly Meetings

As per Fred, we are now going to meet every other week instead of the usually weekly meetings. Meaning that a lot of the decisions are needed to be made at each site. As long as we're using the same metrics the scoring will be the same across the board. We had discussed earlier about having funds divided among the three sites. That is still an option and will make it easier to choose prizes for each site depending on what your team wants to win. That is something that should probably be discussed at our next meeting. As soon as I found out when we (Austin) are able to have our next meeting I'll let you know. It should be on Wednesday, though.
