Subject: Meeting tomorrow

The 'meeting schedule' people have approved us to have our meeting tomorrow from 11-12 cst.
A little FYI, Fred is concerned about the amount of work we've accomplished in the amount of time we've been given. Since the matrix has been handed out to all the employees, that shouldn't need any more work done to it. Cindy from Promotions at Work will be coming to this site today to get the order for the trinkets finished and approved by Fred. The money for the kickoff party and the plaques are being processed and should be sent shortly. "Everybody Wins February" was supposed to give us a month to catch up since we were so far behind, unfortunately we're in the same place only one month later.
Since the matrix has been done tomorrows meeting should mostly be centered on what the prizes should be for the next three or four months including the quarterly prize. Get some ideas and bring them to the meeting. We only have two hours a month to meet so a lot of the decisions will need to be made at each site. It's become increasing difficult to get off the phones but try to meet with your team sometime between our meetings to make decisions and discuss ideas.
Things have been a little haywire lately but I believe we can make this thing work.
