Subject: Single patron god/goddess or use god you see fit for the ritual?

Hi. I thought I'd ask some epople about this. I do spell work. I generally tend to use the same patron god and goddess on my personal altar all the time. (In my case, Brigit and Cernunnos). Do any other magicworkers out there do that, or do you invoke different gods and goddesses depending on the nature of the ritual you do? (Example: Diancecht for healing, Aphrodite for love, or Hiemdall for protection)

Any thoughts on this?

Bill
