Subject: Sits down w/ Snowball

I walk into the lounge with SnoBall trotting along with me.I turn to the fridge and get out a coke.I walk to the lounges and sit down.I take a sip of coke and Snowball jumps onto the couch.I stroke her absentmidedly as I pick up a magazine.O flip through t he pages and find something intresting, Improve your seat, By Gillian Cosgrove.

Most people think that they've got a good enough seat on horseback.But have you?If you Haven't, there are ways of improving it:
-Every time your riding, sit firmly in the saddle whith good posture, this will help you improve the seat.
-Another way is to practice half-halting.A halt in the middle of a turn.The requirements are: SIT DEEP IN THE SADDLE Like I said before, it will help.If you do this each day, in about a week, you'll find differences!
