BERNIE CLIFTON IS A THIEF.?? I ACCUSE!

I recently saw a picture in the Jersey evening post taken at the london press reception in 1975. It shows a young man on a kind of ostrich bird. In the picture is sir Billy Butlin (of Butlin's holiday camp fame) and and his wife and several press people of the time. On making further enquiries I discovered this guy was the inventor originator and the first person to use the act. However it was stolen by Bernie Clifton and the young originator inventor /act was told in no uncertain terms that if he made any complaint he would lose all the work for that season. Having a very young family to feed he had to comply. I wonder how well Bernie Cliftons family fed from the use of that act for they would not have fed well from anything else he was capable of. The story about that young originator is absolutely unbelievable and is worthy of telling fully. Anybody want to know the full story for publication? If so post a follow up and I will forward the information on how to find out more about how Bernie Clifton ripped off a young talent.

Dear Sir,

You are a cad and a scoundral. If I still had the use of me pins I'd boot you up the arse. Mr.Clifton was and remains a beacon of integrity in an otherwise soiled world. Anyone who can make a career stumping up and down a stage in biscuit tins is simply a genius. This talk of theft is quite inappropriate and Mrs Tuffton and I shall have none of it!
