Hi There, I am trying to sit here long enough to read my mail, and get out a message or two. Last night I started having some awful stabing pains in my hips and into the lower part of my back, so I am going to take it easy today.
I think I have been overdoing it a little bit in the last week, I have gone out to do a bit of Christmas shopping for my kids, (layaway's) and I worked a little bit in some of my flowers too. I just can't neglect my mums right now, they are looking so good, and it is fall, so I wanted them to be pretty.
The weather here in Tenn. has been real cool at night and in the mornings, and then it warms up to about 65 to 70* in the afternoons. So it was perfect weather to get out a little. I know that I am going to be cooped up in this house all through the winter, because if it is like last year I will be having a lot more pain then.
I hope that all of you are doing O.K. and getting out a little bit, I hope that you are having some good fall weather too !!! I will talk to you guys later, Take Care, Love and Hugs.....Susan
