I never solicit funds here at Fibrocloud but I am making an exception in this case. Rose (Wiccan), one of our FMily members here and at WebMd suffered the loss of her home and all of her belongings on New Year's Eve. She was renting a big beautiful old farm house and there was a fire. It burnt down to the ground. The firemen think it was due to a problem with the old wiring. She, her husband, and their dog are okay, but they got out with nothing. They did not have renters' insurance as they could not afford it. They are staying with some friends at the moment.

Here is how you can help. I've listed several ways below...

1. Kristine has set up a PayPal fund for Rose. If you wish to donate $ in any amount you can do so at this url:

Kristine guarantees that 100% of all money donated will go straight to Rose. If you don't know how to use PayPal or prefer a more direct approach you can send a check directly to Rose. I know some members are doing that as well.

2. If you wish to donate items - anything really - from household items to clothing you can send things to them at their address. Just email me or Kristine, or provide me with your email on the message board here and I'll send you their mailing address.

Their post office is aware of their crisis and is holding all mail and packages for them for pick up. You may have old items around the house you were thinking of getting rid of or donating elsewhere - so this might be a good alternative. Their clothing and shoe sizes are:

Rose - size 22/24 tops and bottom. Size 8 sneaker.

Jeff is 38 waist 34 inseam shirts Large Tall because he so tall. Size 13 sneaker.

All Duchess the dog needs is a leash!

3. Send them a WalMart gift card. This is one of the best ways to help I think. They have a store nearby and that way they can choose items they need, or get appropriate fits on clothing and shoes.

4. If you are strapped for $ sending them a card or an email would be equally wonderful. Rose does have limited access to a computer so she can check email. It would certainly help just to let them know you are thinking of them and show them the support of this FMily of ours.
