Things here are about the same, stress levels high, but aren't all of us having a lot of stress. I wonder sometimes why we have to go through this.
I'm leaving for Hannibal,Mo. next Friday, if everything goes right. I have the permission from the detective on my mom's case to go question a few people. I am very scared, please pray for me and my sister. We have to go into a very nasty place to get some answers. I have come to far to chicken out now. I may need a lot of xanax. Oh, and get this, I was asked to do a little bit of investigating on another person that has been missing for 4 years. The guy was only 18 when he disappeared. Boy do I feel like a detective now.
I have many things on my side tho, I have the Lord, I also have another detective that will be there at all times. I'm just so greatfull that they are really trying this time to solve Mom's murder.
I did put a memorial in the Hannibal,Mo. newspaper back in Dec. If anyone would like to see it, send me your email and I will send you a copy by email.
I have missed my mom for over 30 yrs. I have gone through life without her and so many times I've needed my mommy. Do you understand? I don't want to sound like a baby, but I do feel like one when I talk about her. She wasn't a very good mom, but that didn't keep me from loving her.
Amy could use your prayers also, if you don't mind could you send some up for her. I just sent her a doll in the mail. I think she will like it. Her real mom could care less, and I'm trying to be the best long distance mom that I can be.
