Subject: *Tired entrance, but glad to be home..*

~She puts the sleeping Rory to bed and sighs softly, then goes back to the living room. The puppy had fallen asleep on the lying down Kona immediatly, and the golden retriever accepted Rory's canine playmate well enough. Alexia sighs, softly, and goes back to the living room. She had arranged Jer's desk, although he might've disagreed..it was something to touch that he had last touched, something that had his hands had held. She sits down at the desk and opens up the old box slowly. Begins to go through her photo albums, giving each picture a going-over. Then, the folded paper falls onto the ground. Frowning, as she didn't know what it was, she leans down and picks it up. The paper read happily that she had been accepted to the Olympic tournament, just her and the other top 9 riders..she had been accepted to be trained for the Olympics, so that she might compete when she was older. If the tears hadn't hit the paper, she wouldn't have noticed them. Softly sighing, she sets the paper back in the box, then on another thought, throws it into the trashcan under Jer's desk. Shudders some, then continues to go through the remnants in the worn cardboard, and happens upon a picture of her and her twins, Alex and Briana. Alex she had seen recently, on no good terms..and Briana had.. Chokes on her breath and the sobs wrack her body..she missed them so much..her parents and Briana...if they just hadn't gotten into that damn car then they would still be here. It was so unfair..she wouldn't ever see them again. Gently, slowly, the shaking stops to a tremble, and she closes the box and puts it back into the coat closet, well hidden from anyone's view. However, she'd accidently left the picture on the desk..and then Lexi shuts off the light, resolving to put it up in the morning, and goes to the king bed she was sharing with Rory right now, Kona and the pup following.~
