She thought of the day she had first seen a Dragon, she had been young but she still remebered.
She had been very young, and she had wandered away from her family, and had spotted a flock of firelizads. How she had marbeled at the sight of those wild 'lizards. She had watched them, and soon saw a Dragon burst from between, and the firelizards rise to meet the dragon and rider. Raen knew right then that she wanted to do just that, she wanted to be free like those f'lizards, and that Dragon. She had eagerly run back to her parents, and said, "Ma, Da! Dragon! Lemme have a DRagon!"
Raen laughed at the memory, now thinking she was a stupid idiot then, but now she knew diffrently.
Dragons wher partners, friends, companions, and forever where, they where life mates with there human companions, cousions to the F'lizards.
Raen thought then of the day her sister had visited with her Blue, Danth. Raen had ridden him, with her sisters guidance of course, but she had felt the exhilaraton of flying, and being free. She had asked to go Between but Lyra thought it to dangerous. Raen had laughed at this, but maybe it really was dangerous, was it as dangerous as Thread? She knew that Thread was the worst part of the turns, Raen herself had seen it, from the roof watching the magestic Dragons fight, and the small f'lizards helping.
Raen burst from her thoughts, as she felt a breeze above and the flap of wings. She looked up to see her sister astride the Blue, Danth. The brown f'lizard Lunaur circled, and then fluttered down landing on Raen's outstretched fist. She patted him, and he moved to her shoulder. Danth landed, and Lyra dismounted and ran to her sister hugging her. Raen puuled away, "Ey, Lyra, Danth." She says nodding her head at Danth.
Danth bugled "Ello, Raen.
Raen smiled at him, and hugged Lunaur, and said, "What're yo doing here, Lyra?"
"Had'ta say hi Raeny."
"Oh." Raen sits down suddenly immensly nervous about the whole ordeal. Lyra sat next to her and put a arm around her shoulders, "REally, Raen it's not hard, but I mean you just have to wait, thats the hard part."
Raen nodded, and Lyra patted her shoulder, "Ell we gotta go, keep Lunaur with you, send him when you Impressed."
Raen nodded, and watched as Lyra and Danth flew off...
