Liang, still drifting in the ocean, stopped examining the spotted ikibi that had been feeding on plants living in the coral reefs. The ocean as she had always known it, a great never-ending, pulsing force of life...had stilled. Yes the waves still moved, but something was different. It was quiet. Not a dead silence, but a hushed stillness.
I need you now! Hurry!
It wasn't a true sound, for she didn't hear it with her ears. It reminded her of when you remember someone's voice inside your head. She turned back to the ikibi.
I will see you later then friend.
And she swam off towards the voice. After mear minutes she could see an abnormality near the surface of the water. The way a small wave looked like from below. But this wave didn't move. Liang surface and was astounded to see a huge pillar of water. And resting on top of it was a aqua person, in semi-transparent garb. Lian Ural waited for her to say something to her, for she was currently addressing a huga aqatic dragon.
