改變是必然的,君不見下川嗎?常平的結果離下川不遠.
當一切炒火後,第二步就是漲價,因為由地價開始漲...其他的接著來,成本自然墊高....所以奉勸各位,見好就收...常平已經不是可以再去之地.
至於服務,你看看下川就好了.其他的就不用再說了.....
