廣東省啟用鐵路新電話訂票係統

記者２４日從廣鐵集團獲悉，
鐵路部門對電話訂票係統升級已經完成，于２４日７時啟用。

據了解，升級啟用後的電話訂票係統
，在廣東省內統一使用９５１０５１０５、
９６０２００８８兩個電話號碼，

據鐵路部門介紹，電話訂票預訂期與火
車票窗口預售期同步，即武廣高鐵可
訂開車前５至２１日的車票，直達、
動車組可訂開車前５至２０日車票，
其他列車可訂開車前４至１０日車票。
電話訂票服務時間為每日早７時至晚２３時，
取票服務時間為每日早８時至晚２３時。
訂票成功後須于次日２４小時前取票，
否則所訂車票自動取消。

此外，所有實行電話訂票的車站，均實行廣東省內通訂通取（不允許跨省進行電話訂票），即電話訂票成功後，可到廣東省內所有對外發售車票的窗口（含代售點）取票。

鐵路部門還提醒，電話訂票憑有效身份證件訂取車票，日常一個有效身份證件一次最多可訂車票３張。
