She is nearly identical to Teagan, and obviously his sister. "Teagan, Teagan, I got a firelizard!" she cries, then stops short as she sees Morgase. She curtseys quickly, then glances pointedly at her brother.

"This is my younger sister, Akema," he continues smoothly. "We'd appreciate rooms." Then he turns his attention back to his sister. "Congratulations, Akema. What did you name her?"

"Wista," the girl says happily. The firelizard chirps as she hears her name. A thought suddenly occurs to Akema, and she looks at Morgase. "You don't mind Wista in the hold, do you?" she asks, while the firelizard chirps again at her name.
