  • Guide strokes Ario on his furry back for a moment, listening to him. She hears his query, and looks around searchingly, "Where is your friend? She faded, but she should be back by now." Guides looks around again, in case Lunae reappeared in the last few seconds. Guide looks worried, "How...? Tell me again, how are you here? How can you fade and not return?"   • Yumakami looks confused. Since Lunae left, the elf had become nervous. She didn't like travelling without her good friend, and without a teammate she could trust, this dream felt a lot more hostile. She speaks clearly to Guide, and for the first time she does not fear talking as much (It was weird how that worked sometimes), "Did you not understand before? This might be some sort of paradise for you, but for the Swamp Dogs and for us it is only a dream. I assume that my companion woke up for her watch.   • Kia noted that Yumakami was noticing the absence of her friend and moved to stand by her, trying to be supportive, they were all in this together. Her eyes did darken when Terra spoke so rudely to the Guide. It was only momentary though and in a flash it was gone.   • Ario tilted his head towards the Guide's hand enjoying the attention, 'You say that those who fade normally reappear. We are not of this plane and as the human says we probably just wake up. Those who are of this plane where do they go when they fade out? I believe I will fade too. I have not died - if that is what this realm is, a place for the dead - but then again perhaps I will come again when I truly die...' Ario's thoughts arrive in a jumbled mess.   • Guide laughs, her voice sounding like the chiming of gentle bells. "Little one, you are so strange!" she rubs him behind an ear as she speaks, "Others fade as they travel to other paradises. But all cannot stay where it does not belong for long," her face brightens, "that's true. You do not belong here yet, so you won't stay for very long. I had forgotten. Yes, little one, this is a realm for the dead, as you said. You shall return here one day, I should think. There are not many who are not welcome here. I'll be sure to allow you in." Guide looks up to Terra, Lialye, and Kia, "Well, that's all that is here, really. You can choose to stay with these animals, or I could take you elsewhere.   • Lialye looks around, weighing the information she's been absorbing for the past bit. This place was bizarre. Maybe it was just something about knowing she was in Paradise without being dead. She assumes she isn't dead, anyway...she vaguely recalls being dragged out of the swamp and of breathing air, and hearing voices say they thought she would be alright. In any case, it was still bizarre. The other paradises were probably just as bizarre...perhaps more so. She's vaguely curious about that, and if they're too much different than the Paradise she's currently in. A thought occurs to her suddenly, and she asks, speaking for the first time since finding herself here, "If we're all in Paradise, then...does that mean there's a Hell somewhere around here, too?
